Hunter House NY was born from a family’s love affair with the Catskill Mountains. Zach and Katie discovered the magic of the Hunter area years ago and fell head-over-heels for the stunning landscapes, charming towns, and the way time seems to slow down in the mountains.

When they found this incredible property on Wright Road — just three minutes from Hunter Mountain — they knew they had to make it their own. Together with Roxy (the four-legged member of the family who insisted on having the company named after her), they poured their hearts into transforming the house into the luxurious mountain retreat it is today.

Every design choice, from the moody dark exteriors to the warm wood-toned interiors, from the outdoor hot tub overlooking the ski slopes to the indoor cedar sauna, was made with one goal: to create a place where families and friends can gather, unwind, and make unforgettable memories.
